“DANIEL SIMONSEN is a Norwegian/Chilean stand-up and writer who made his US late-night debut on Late Night with Seth Meyers. He has since appeared on CC Stand-Up Featuring, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Stavvy’s World, and recurred on Comedy Central’s This Week at the Comedy Cellar. Daniel was named New York’s Funniest at the 2022 New York Comedy Festival, won UK’s So You Think You’re Funny, and received the Best Newcomer Award at Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
He made his feature film debut in Stavros Halkias’ Let’s Start A Cult. He recurred on Vic and Bob’s BBC sitcom alongside Matt Berry, House of Fools, and ITV’s Timewasters. His appearance on Russell Howard’s Good News hit 2.4 millions views on YouTube. He created and wrote his own digital series for ALL4 called, Daniel that he starred in alongside Natasia Demetriou and Brett Goldstein.
